| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 水性形二液モニエル瓦用エポキシ系下塗材 ・ 適用下地:モニエル瓦・各種旧塗膜 ・ 荷姿9kgセット(A液6kg/B液3kg) ・ 色:透明 ・ 調合比A液2:B液1(重量比) ・ 必ず水希釈(9kgセットあたり清水5L) ・ 工程内間隔8時間以上7日以内(25℃) ・ 金属部にはサーモテックメタルプライマー等を施工 ・ ⚠️1回目の塗布量を多めに・微光沢が出るまで塗布 ・ ⚠️着色スラリー層は高圧洗浄等で完全除去し軍手で手につかない事を確認 ・ 雨樋養生必須(下水・土壌流入防止) ・ 5℃以下・湿度85%以上や、雨・強風・結露等の悪天候(予想される場合を含む)での施工は避ける。塗装は中毛〜長毛ローラーを推奨。下塗り乾燥後にテープを付着させて剥がし、着色スラリー層が付着する場合は再度下塗りを塗布する。 |
