| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途=付帯部(鉄部・硬質塩ビ・木部・フレキ板等)専用上塗材 ・ 荷姿15kg・4kg ・ 艶有・3分艶/69色 ・ 下塗=付帯部(鉄部)は一液エクセルエポプライマーJY、雨樋(硬質塩ビ)はシーラーレス、金属面は錆止め等の下塗材が必要(雨樋以外は各種適用下塗材が必要) ・ 最終養生24時間以上(25℃) ・ 低汚染性 ・ 期待耐用年数13〜16年相当経過後も光沢保持率80%以上 ・ ⚠️溶剤系のため火災・中毒に注意、5℃以下・湿度85%以上での施工は避ける ・ 工程内（3時間以上3日以内）を超えて塗り重ねたり、1回で厚塗りすると前工程の塗膜が縮れることがある。トタン板の継ぎ目・折り曲げ部は塗膜が薄くなりやすいので、先に拾い塗りをする。ウールローラーでは塗回数が増え、エアレスは塗装ロスが大きくなるため塗布量は上限値を目安にする。 |
