| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 一般名:建築用ふっ素樹脂塗料用中塗り。F☆☆☆☆。色相:淡彩色・N濃彩。光沢:3分つや。荷姿:15kgセット(主剤13.5㎏・硬化剤1.5㎏)、3㎏セット(主剤2.7㎏・硬化剤0.3㎏)。密度0.90〜1.20。加熱残分45〜58%。標準膜厚25μm/回、ウエット管理膜厚なし。乾燥時間(指触)5℃2時間/20℃1時間/30℃15分、半硬化20℃3時間/30℃2時間30分。冬期など乾燥が遅れる場合は塗料用シンナーA又はエナメルシンナー#220を使用。エアスプレーの場合はエアレス希釈率より5〜10%増やす。 |
