| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 本PDFの製品名は『キクスイ ＳＰパワールーフＳｉ』（依頼名『キクスイSPベストシーラー』はこのPDF内では下塗材として登場する別製品）。上塗材：主材13.5kg・硬化剤1.5kg、塗料用シンナーＡ：0～1.5L。希釈率は主材13.5kg基準で算出。性能試験：ポットライフ5℃3時間以内/23℃5時間以内、表面乾燥23℃16時間以内、鏡面光沢度(60度)88。下塗材はスレート屋根はＳＰベストシーラー(無希釈)、金属屋根はＳＰプライマーエポ、モニエル瓦はＳＰパワーシーラー。 ・ 上塗り後、水切部(屋根用化粧スレートの重なり部)の塗料つまりは漏水の原因となるため確実に縁切処理を行う。モニエル瓦の脆弱層は高圧水洗浄(10MPa程度、トルネードノズル付)で除去し、水洗い後は夏季2日以上・冬季3日以上乾燥させる。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上や塗装面が高温(50℃以上)では施工せず、塗装後3〜5時間は雨に当てない(日本瓦には塗装しない)。 |
