| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 上塗材ロイヤルパワールーフＳの上塗り工程の値。下塗材（ロイヤルパワーシーラーSP、ロイヤルベストシーラーSP、ロイヤルプライマーエポ）は別製品のため除外。塗料用シンナーＡ希釈量0～1.5L（％表記なし）。所要量はスレート板/モニエル瓦・金属屋根工程の41～60㎡/15kgセット。ロイヤルベストシーラーSP仕様では上塗り所要量50～75㎡/15kgセット（0.2～0.3kg/㎡）の記載もあり。性能試験の表面乾燥性は23℃:3時間以内/5℃:5時間以内。 ・ 上塗り後、水切部(化粧スレートの上下の重なり部)の塗料つまりは漏水の原因となるため確実に縁切処理を行う。モニエル瓦の脆弱層は高圧水洗浄(10MPa程度、トルネードノズル付)で除去し、水洗い後は夏季2日以上・冬季3日以上乾燥させる。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上や塗装面が高温(50℃以上)では施工せず、塗装後3〜5時間は雨に当てない(日本瓦には塗装しない)。 |
