| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 上塗材アドマクールペイント主材16kg・清水0.8～1.6L。アクリルシリコーン樹脂エマルション(水性)。下塗材はキクスイＳＰベストシーラー（1液弱溶剤形エポキシ樹脂系浸透下塗材、無希釈、別製品）で所要量75～187㎡/15kg等は別製品のため除外。素地はスレート屋根・波形スレート屋根・モニエル瓦・壁スレート、部位は屋根。 ・ 素地調整は高圧水洗浄(10MPa程度)で付着物・劣化塗膜を除去し、モニエル瓦の脆弱層はトルネードノズル付で入念に除去、水洗い後は夏季2日・冬季3日以上乾燥させる。水切部（カラーベスト・コロニアルの重なり部分）にたまった塗料はかわすき等で除去し確実に縁切処理を行う（つまると漏水の原因）。塗装は午前9時～午後3時を推奨し、塗装面が50℃以上の高温時や翌日までに降雨のおそれがある場合（塗装後3～5時間は雨に当てない）は施工を避ける。 |
