| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途=FRP及びステンレス・アルミパネル・焼き付け塗装などのサビ・水アカ・汚れ・風化・劣化の抑制 ・ 特長=優れた耐候性・耐酸性を付与し基材表面の風化・劣化を抑制、基材表面の小さな傷を美観上修復、乾燥後の表面硬度3H〜4Hの光沢ある被膜 ・ 適合しない基材=鉄・銅・真鍮・電着塗装された基材など。ステンレスの鏡面には使用不可(塗りムラ・虹彩現象が起こる) ・ 使い方=施工面を洗浄除去し乾燥→ハンディーコーター/刷毛/ローラー等で均一に塗布→約1時間で指触乾燥 ・ ⚠️液型=溶剤系(揮発性・引火性・火気厳禁) ・ 希釈=原液のまま使用 ・ 成分=特殊シリコーン ・ ⚠️溶剤=第4類第一石油類 危険等級Ⅱ ・ 外観=無色透明〜淡黄色透明 ・ ホルムアルデヒド放散等級F☆☆☆☆(登録番号M12010) ・ 適切な環境=気温・基材温度15〜30℃・湿度50〜75% ・ ⚠️注意=エアレス・スプレー・噴霧器では絶対に施工しない／原液のまま使用／厚塗り・2度塗り不可／防毒マスク等保護具着用／業務用 ・ 荷姿=1ℓ・4ℓ・16ℓ |
