| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途: 床（モルタル・コンクリート下地）。希釈は絶対にしない（硬化・硬度および色ムラ等に悪影響。本品の希釈率欄は全表「―」）。防滑仕上げの場合は上塗り塗装と同時に5号硅砂(0.2〜0.4kg/㎡)を均一に散布し直後にもう一度ローラーを転がす。上塗りにボウジンテックスマークストップ(別製品・塗面積133~160)を塗装すると汚染防止効果が向上（冬季は10℃以下の低温となりやすく硬化不充分でクラックや剥離を生じる場合があるため、エポワイド塗装後のマークストップは施工不可）。下塗りは別製品: ボウジンテックス浸透性シーラーエポ／研掃機等にて下地処理を行った場合はハイEプライマーⅡ(＃2000シンナー0〜5%)／耐溶剤性が悪い水系1液型アクリル旧塗膜には水系ボウジンテックスプロエポプライマー。配合比(下塗り材・別製品): 下塗り(浸透性シーラーエポ)：14kgセット(主剤10.5kg／硬化剤3.5kg)、3.2kgセット(主剤2.4kg／硬化剤0.8kg)。下塗り(ハイEプライマーⅡ)：4kgセット(主剤3kg／硬化剤1kg)、12kgセット(主剤4kg／硬化剤8kg)。水系プロエポプライマー：3kgセット(主剤1kg／硬化剤2kg)。旧塗膜の付着が悪い場合はエポワイド乾燥後に旧塗膜ごと剥離が生じる場合がある。塗付量は条件により増減。 |
