- 耐熱温度: 300℃以下
- 加熱して初めて本来の性能発揮（塗装時期は運転開始時期に近づける）
- 急加熱は剥離原因 → 200℃/時以下の昇温速度で徐々に
- 初回は180℃×30分以上の加熱が必須（性能定着）
- 高温→外気急冷で割れ・はがれ → 徐々に冷却
- はけ通しでブリード現象 → 棒塗り（はけ返し最小限に）
- 一般下塗より耐熱性重視のため防錆力が低い→強い防錆力要時は耐熱用ジンクリッチプライマー(ニッペジンキー1000QC-S)との組合せを検討
- ステンレス部材へのグレー色(亜鉛末含)塗装はNG（部材の脆化ワレ発生のおそれ）
