- さび面への付着性◎・さびを完全に除去できない部位の防錆性向上
- 残存塩分150mg/㎡まで許容（高遮断性で塩害環境でも防錆性◎）
- -5℃から塗装可能（低温施工性）
- 発錆部については必ず補修塗りを実施
- 層状さびは厚みが100μm以下にする（厚み超は塗膜剥離リスク→除去後塗装）
- 突起部・エッジ部のさびは特に入念に除去
- 残存塩分150mg/㎡以上は早期さびの可能性→水洗い等で塩分除去
- 塗装気温は-5℃以上で可能だが、湿度85%以上または結露時は施工NG
- 塗り重ね日数オーバー時はペーパー or シンナー拭きで面粗ししてから上塗り
- 発錆部の塗り重ね時は面粗し後に再度下塗りを塗装してから次工程
- ハイポン50ファインを上塗りに使用する場合、下塗りと上塗りの塗り重ね乾燥上限は5日
- 下地調整詳細は各施主指針書を参照
- かくはん時高粘度だが希釈は5%以内厳守
- 希釈時シンナーが浮く現象あり（特殊樹脂・問題なし）→そのままかくはん
- 洗い溶剤はラッカーシンナー
- 強溶剤エポキシ樹脂塗料(ピュアエポキシ・変性エポキシ)の塗り重ねは避ける
- 没水部への適用不可
