- 耐熱温度: 200℃以下（テツゾールP系下塗）
- 加熱して初めて本来の性能発揮（塗装時期は運転開始時期に近づける）
- 急加熱は剥離原因 → 200℃/時以下の昇温速度で徐々に
- 初回は180℃×30分以上の加熱が必須（性能定着）
- 高温→外気急冷で割れ・はがれ → 徐々に冷却
- 耐熱用ジンクリッチプライマー(ニッペジンキー1000QC-S)との塗り重ねは層間はく離のおそれ→200℃以下でも強い防錆力要時はP-300エコとの組合せを使用
- 塗料が付着したウエス・ダンボール等の可燃物は自然発火の恐れ→速やかに廃却 or 水に浸す
