- エアレススプレー塗装が原則
- 粉末は亜鉛末・絶対に水ぬれさせない
- ディスパー攪拌必須・使用中も常時攪拌（沈降防止）
- 調合後は80〜100メッシュのふるいでろ過してから使用
- 低湿時(50%以下)は所定以上の塗り重ね乾燥時間を取る
- 過度の膜厚で塗膜が脆くなる
- 上塗りに油性・フタル酸樹脂塗料は不可（耐アルカリ性が低い塗料NG）
