| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 標準膜厚55μm(ドライ)・115μm(ウェット)。中塗りと上塗りの膜厚を1回で塗装できる省工程塗料。 ・ 外気温0℃以上で塗装可能。塗装時0℃以下・塗装後0℃以下の気温が連続する見込みのとき、または塗装時の湿度85%以上のときは施工しない。 ・ 硬化剤は水と反応するため容器の密閉を確実にし、塗料への水の混入は避ける。 ・ 塗料用シンナーA以外(ウレタン用シンナー等)での希釈は不可。洗い溶剤はラッカーシンナー。 ・ エアレス条件は一次圧0.4〜0.5MPa・二次圧12〜15MPa・チップNo.163-513/515など。 ・ 塗り重ね日数を超えた場合はペーパー掛け・シンナー拭きで目粗ししてから塗り重ねる。 ・ エアスプレーは はけ/ローラー/エアレスに比べ光沢が低下する傾向。はけ跡・ローラー跡によるリーフィングムラは避けられずタッチアップも効かない。 ・ 【訂正記録】2026-08-04までの収録値は販促ちらし(NP-D152)由来で、所要量が多め(0.18/0.23)・ポットライフは温度欠落・塗り重ね乾燥は空だった。公式の製品使用説明書で全項目を確認して差し替え済み。 |
