| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 木部用クリヤー塗料 ・ 無黄変特殊ウレタン 2液タイプ ・ 配合比 A液:B液=1:1 ・ 内装・外装兼用、退色防止機能 ・ F☆☆☆☆登録(トルエン・キシレン・ホルムアルデヒド等不配合) ・ 工程=着色(VATON-FX各色/別製品・乾燥24時間以上)→下塗り(艶有り)回数2→研磨(湿式♯280)→上塗り(艶有り)回数1 ・ 1日1回塗り ・ ⚠艶消し仕上げの下塗りにも必ず艶有りを使用(艶消し下塗りは耐候性・耐久性低下) ・ 下塗りを当日塗り重ねる場合はA液にウレボン用硬化剤5%添加し4時間以上乾燥 ・ B液は使用後直ちに密栓(空気中水分と反応) ・ 35℃以下冷暗所保管 ・ 生木・含水率20%以上は塗装不可 |
