| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 本品は上塗り専用で、中塗りは別製品「クリーンマイルド中塗材ST」（所要量0.14〜0.17 kg/㎡）を使う。公共建築（改修）工事標準仕様書の塗付け量0.10はロスを含まない付着量で、買う量の計算には所要量0.12〜0.14を使う。希釈は主剤100に対しローラー・刷毛塗りで0〜10、エアレススプレー塗りで10〜20（塗付け量は器具が変わっても0.10で同じ）。 ・ 上塗りの平均乾燥膜厚は25µm（塗付け量0.10kg/㎡時）。素地ごしらえ・下地調整はさび止め塗装の耐久性を左右する重要工程のため入念に行う。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上での施工は原則避ける。 |
