| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 施工前に予備試験で塗付量と最適放置時間を決定する。放置時間が3時間以上になると再硬化し剥離困難になる。スプレー塗装は不可(ローラー・刷毛)。気温35℃以上・降雨降雪時は施工を避ける。 ・ 標準塗付量1.0kg/㎡（下地がアクリル形塗材で1mm厚の場合）。旧塗膜の構成成分で塗付量が変わるため必ず予備試験を行う（0.01㎡に約10g塗付し5分後にケレン棒で剥離可否を確認）。使用器具はローラー・刷毛。スプレー塗装は有効成分が飛散するため行わない。放置時間が3時間以上になると一度剥離した塗膜が再び硬化して剥離困難になる。気温35℃以上・降雨降雪時・強風時は施工を避ける。剥離後は溶剤を完全に蒸発させる養生期間が必要。荷姿20kgペール缶 |
