| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 超撥水・ラジカル制御形 水系特殊変性シリコーン樹脂 外壁用つや消し上塗材の強力防かび・防藻タイプ(BIO) ・ 一般外壁・柱・廊下壁・階段室 ・ 下地=コンクリート/モルタル/ALC/スレート等 ・ 希釈は清水5〜15% ・ つや消し・高耐候・強力防かび防藻 ・ 荷姿16kg/3kg ・ 【公式製品ページ】適用下地:コンクリート、モルタル、PCパネル、ALCパネル、スレート、石膏ボード、窯業系サイディングボード、一般鉄部など / 備考:シーリング面にはラフトン逆プライマーの事前塗装をお勧めします。 ・ 気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上、強風時・降雨降雪時、施工面が50℃以上の場合は塗装不可。素地は含水率10%以下・pH10以下まで十分乾燥させ、撥水性能は塗装後2日程度(23℃)で発現（乾燥初期の降雨・結露による雨ジミに注意）。BIOタイプの防かび・防藻性能は施工部位の形状や環境（常時湿気が高い壁面等）により十分発揮されない場合があり、効果は永久ではない。 |
