| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途=カラー鋼板(錆部分)の防錆処理※フッ素鋼板は除く ・ 発生している錆に浸透し水・酸素を遮断して錆の進行を止める(錆のない箇所には効果なし) ・ 荷姿20ℓ・4ℓ ・ 色=淡褐色(褐色透明) ・ 中性塩水噴霧試験合格 ・ 脆弱な旧塗膜や浮き錆は3種ケレン程度で予め除去 ・ 塗布後1時間以内に錆面の光沢を確認し光沢がなければ再塗布 ・ 5℃以下・湿度85%以上や、雨・強風・結露等の悪天候(予想される場合を含む)での施工は避ける。錆面に大量の水が湿潤している場合は、工業用アルコールと圧縮空気で乾燥させてから施工する。錆が広範囲に発生している場合は標準塗布量以上が必要となることがあり、溶剤系のため火災・中毒に注意する。 |
