| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 公式に「色によって塗布量が異なります」「エアレス施工の場合は塗装ロスが大きくなるので塗布量の上限値を目安にしてください」と記載あり。 ・ 用途=金属屋根・外壁用下塗材(フッ素鋼板の初めての塗替え専用) ・ 荷姿15kgセット(A液14kg・B液1kg=重量比14:1) ・ 色:白・黒・グレー・赤さび(色により塗布量が異なる) ・ 対応素材:フッ素鋼板 ・ 工場塗装されたフッ素鋼板の初めての塗替えのみ適用可 ・ ラミネート鋼板等の特殊鋼板は適用不可 ・ 必ずパッチテストで付着性確認 ・ ⚠️可使時間が短いため夏場は小分けして調合 ・ JIS K 5600/K 5601相当社内試験合格 ・ 弱溶剤(FPP専用シンナー) ・ 雨・強風・結露などの悪天候やその予想時は施工を避け、5℃以下・湿度85%以上でも施工不可。エアレス施工は塗装ロスが大きいため塗布量は上限値を目安にする。溶剤系のため火災・中毒のおそれがあり保管・取扱いに十分注意する。 |
