| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 耐熱部(鉄部)100〜540℃(瞬間最高600℃)用の常温硬化形耐熱塗料。色はシルバー。 ・ 標準膜厚25μm/回・2回塗りで下塗が不要(2工程)。 ・ 400℃以下の腐食環境ではSDジンク1500AP(無機ジンクリッチペイント)の下塗を推奨。その上に塗り重ねる場合は1〜3分の塗装間隔で2回塗りのミストコート(エアレス50〜70%・はけ/ローラー10〜30%希釈)を行う。 ・ 膜厚が過剰になると昇温時に膨れが出るため、ウエットフィルムゲージで膜厚を管理する。 ・ 水蒸気・酸・アルカリの強い雰囲気での使用は避ける。テルモNC3シリーズとの混合・塗り重ねは不可。 ・ はけ・ローラー塗装では皮張りによるブツ防止のため容器内部に使い捨て内ポリ容器を使う。 ・ 【未収録】ポットライフ(可使時間)は公式カタログにも2017年の発売時プレスリリースにも記載が見当たらないため空欄にしている(2026-08-03確認)。 ・ 塗装間隔は現行カタログの20℃のみ収録。2017年プレスリリースには5℃・10℃=最短16時間/20℃=12時間/30℃・40℃=8時間(最長はいずれも7日)の記載があるが、同資料は塗布量が現行カタログと異なるため採用していない。 ・ 数値の出典=関西ペイント カタログNo.318(2025年5月版)。CUIサモスターは別製品で配合比・所要量とも異なる(本製品5:1・120〜155g/㎡/回、CUI版95:5・300〜650g/㎡)。 |
