| Field Notes (JA) | ・ さび止め(下塗材)。主材14.4kg／硬化剤1.6kg、塗料用シンナーＡ0.8～2.4L。可使時間5時間以内(23℃)。乾燥時間16時間以内。JASS 18 M-109変性エポキシ樹脂プライマー。鉄部/アルミ/ステンレス/ガルバニウム/亜鉛メッキ鋼板等 ・ 素地はミルスケール・ほこり・油脂分を入念に除去し、さびや粉化物はサンドペーパーやディスクサンダー等で、旧塗膜の劣化部・脆弱部はサンダーや皮スキで除去する。施工後翌日までに降雨のおそれがあるときは施工を避け、塗装後3～5時間は絶対に雨に当てない。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上又は結露のおそれがあるときは施工しない。 |
