| Field Notes (JA) | ・ ロイヤルパワールーフS（spec_1107）・ロイヤルルーフ遮熱（spec_2356）の屋根システムにおける住宅屋根用化粧スレート板・モニエル瓦の下塗材。主材12.5kg＋硬化剤2.5kgを無希釈で混合。所要量は標準下地と吸い込みの多い下地で異なる。透明タイプと白色タイプがあり（成分表で確認）、遮熱用途では白色タイプが基本（spec_2356 注5）。金属屋根の下塗りはロイヤルプライマーエポを使用。 ・ 素地調整は高圧水洗浄（10MPa程度）で付着物・劣化塗膜を除去し、モニエル瓦の脆弱層はトルネードノズル付で入念に除去、旧塗膜の浮き・剥がれ・チョーキング層も除去して、水洗い後は夏季2日以上・冬季3日以上乾燥させる。可使時間は7時間以内（23℃）で、水・アルコール系溶剤の混入は絶対に避ける。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上・結露のおそれや塗装面が高温（50℃以上）の場合は施工しない。 |
