| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 主材12kg（ビニール袋）＋混和液4kg（ポリペール缶）。混和液はカチオン系アクリル樹脂エマルション+水（水性）。練り水・希釈水は使用せず混和液量で塗厚調整。混練比重・練上容量：薄塗 約1.66kg/L・約9.5L／厚塗 約1.63kg/L・約9.5L／断面修復 約1.60kg/L・約9.5L。溶剤製品を次工程に施工する場合は72時間(20℃)以上の乾燥養生。下地はコンクリート・セメントモルタル・コンクリートブロック・ALCパネル等。 ・ 配合比は用途で変化(重量比)=下地調整薄塗12:3.6〜4.0／下地調整厚塗12:3.3〜3.7／断面修復12:3.0〜3.4 ・ 粉体と混和液は高速ハンドミキサー等で3分以上練り混ぜ、練り混ぜ後の可使時間1時間以内(20℃)で使い切り、時間超過品は再使用しない。吸込みの大きいモルタル下地は水湿しを行うか、吸水調整材モルパット45を塗布する。塗付け後は直射日光・通風・急激な乾燥・降雨・降雪・凍害等を避けて養生を継続する（初期養生時の急激な乾燥で表面にヘアークラックが生じやすい）。 |
