| Field Notes (JA) | ・ spec_1067記載。上塗材として使用。主材14kg/缶。希釈率は%表記なく希釈量(清水)で記載のためdilutionはnull、希釈量ははけ/ウールローラー:0～1.5L、エアレススプレー:0～3.0L、砂骨ローラー:0～1.5L。下塗材はガイナメタルプライマーⅠ(別オブジェクト)。適応下地は鉄部・アルミニウム・ステンレス・木部等。砂骨ローラー所要量の本文値は塗回数欄の数字混入で読み取りにくいが他工法と同一の30～35㎡/14kgと記載。「キクスイガイナ内装用」は本PDFに個別仕様記載なし。 ・ 素地調整はミルスケール・ほこり・油脂分を入念に除去し、さび・粉化物はサンドペーパーやディスクサンダー等の電動工具で、旧塗膜の劣化部・脆弱部はサンダー/皮スキで除去する。上塗材の希釈率は試験塗りで決定し、以降は同一希釈率で使用(色相・気温で変化)。防カビ・抗菌が要求される施設は専用の抗菌防カビ剤(14kg用280g・7kg用140g)を添加してよく撹拌する。 |
