| Field Notes (JA) | ・ UR都市再生機構 保全工事共通仕様書(EP-Ⅰ)準拠。上塗材：主材16kg、清水0.3～1.3L（希釈率1.875～8.125%）。上塗り2回（1回目・2回目とも記載）。下塗り（素地押え）はキクスイ プライマー スーパーＥ（無希釈）。性能：乾燥標準状態2時間以内/5℃4時間以内、隠ぺい率97%。既存塗膜が薄付け仕上塗材等の粗面の場合は上塗1回目0.20～0.30kg/㎡。 ・ せっこうボードの突付け部はジョイントテープで補強し、ジョイントコンパウンドで平滑処理後に研磨する。下地がけい酸カルシウム板の場合は2液反応硬化形エポキシ樹脂系下塗材「キクスイ プライマーEPW」を使用する。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上または結露・降雨・降雪・強風のおそれがある場合は施工しない。 |
