| Field Notes (JA) | ・ spec_1316記載。上塗材ナノペイント単体は1液(主材16kg/缶)。希釈率は%表記なく清水0～1.6Lで記載のためdilutionはnull。下塗材「水系バリアエポ」は基材4kg+硬化剤12kgの2液型・可使時間6時間以内(23℃)・清水1～2L・所要量64～80㎡/16kg(0.2～0.25kg/㎡)だが別製品のため本行には含めず(siteNotesに記録)。所要量に平滑下地と凹凸下地の2区分あり工法分離。素地はプレキャストコンクリート・押出成形セメント板等、部位は内外部壁面。 ・ 素地は含水率10%以下・pH10以下まで乾燥させて施工する。下塗材「水系バリアエポ」は1回の練り混ぜ量を可使時間内に使い切れる量にする。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上・結露や降雨降雪強風のおそれがある場合は施工しない。 |
