| Field Notes (JA) | ・ spec_1067記載。キクスイガイナの下塗材として使用。主材16kg/缶。希釈率は%表記なくガイナ下塗専用シンナー0～1.6Lで記載のためdilutionはnull。乾燥時間(性能試験)16時間以内、ポットライフ5時間で使用できる旨の記載あり(本文表現)。溶剤形のためthinnerは専用シンナー。鉄部・アルミ・ステンレス及び木部改修いずれも同一仕様。 ・ 素地調整はミルスケール・ほこり・油脂分を入念に除去し、さび・粉化物はサンドペーパーやディスクサンダー等の電動工具で、旧塗膜の劣化部・脆弱部はサンダー/皮スキで除去する。弱溶剤形のため取り扱い時は特に火気に注意し、換気を十分に行う。下塗り後、上塗りまでの重ね塗り間隔は4時間以上・7日以内。 |
