| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 練り水・希釈水は清水。吹付は主材10kg+混和液4kg+清水0～1.5L、刷毛/ローラーは清水0～3.0L（希釈率%の記載なし）。標準塗厚1㎜（0-2mm）（希釈率%は主材10kg＋混和液4kg＝14kgセットに対する清水比で算出） ・ 練り混ぜ後の可使時間は2時間以内（20℃）で、時間超過品の練り直しや水を加えての練り戻し・練り足しはしない。吹付はリシンガン口径4～6mm・吹圧0.5～0.6MPaで、高温時や下地の吸込みが著しい場合はドライアウト防止のため水湿しを行う。アルカリ性が強いため保護手袋・保護眼鏡・マスクを着用し、アルミサッシへの付着は腐食を招くため養生する。 |
