| Field Notes (JA) | ・ DPM1・DPM2・DPM3の下塗材で共通（主材14.4kg+硬化剤1.6kg、塗料用シンナーA0～1.6L、1回、0.14kg/㎡、可使時間7時間、間隔4～168時間）。値が全号一致のため1製品に統合。希釈率はシンナー0～1.6L÷16kg×100＝0～10%。素地は亜鉛めっき鋼面。 ・ 下地処理は2種ケレン以上とし、白さびはワイヤーブラシ・サンドペーパー等で、油分・塵埃・水分等の付着物は完全に除去する。下塗り後は研磨紙Ｐ１２０～２２０で研磨紙ずりを行う。下塗材は乾燥過程で水（降雨・結露等）の影響を受けると白化することがあり、白化した場合は軽く表面研磨してから次工程に移る。気温5℃以下・湿度85％以上または結露のおそれがある場合は原則施工しない。 |
