| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途：建築外壁・無機材料・サイディング材の上塗り、塗り替え。2液硬化型のため主剤／硬化剤＝14／2の割合で混合し充分撹拌、硬化剤と混合した塗料はその日の内に全部使用する。上塗りの希釈率は色相及び気温により変化することがある。乾燥時間(20℃)：指触乾燥20分・半硬化乾燥2〜3時間。下塗りは別製品: 新設=パワーシリコンLシーラー(主剤14kg／硬化剤1kg・無希釈・1回・0.15kg/㎡・100㎡/缶セット)／塗り替え=リフレッシュフィラー(20kg・清水0.6〜1.0kg ハケ・ローラー/1.6〜2.0kg エアレスエアー・1回・0.8〜1.0kg/㎡・20〜25㎡/缶セット)。パワーシリコンライトシンナー（A:春秋用 S:夏用 W:冬用）16L。降雨の予想される時や高湿度(80%以上)・低気温(5℃以下)の場合は施工を避ける。塗装後、降雨や結露等で白化した場合は面荒らしを行ってから再度塗装。エアレス塗装の場合は飛散による汚染の可能性があるので充分養生。 |
