- 粉末は亜鉛末・絶対に水ぬれさせない
- 希釈剤は専用シンナーのみ使用（他はNG・付着不良の原因）
- ディスパー撹拌必須・使用中も常時撹拌（沈降防止）
- 調合後は80〜100メッシュのふるいでろ過してから使用
- 低湿時(50%以下)は所定以上の塗り重ね乾燥時間を取る
- 1回塗りで150μmを超えるとワレが生じる
- ジンキー1000Pの上に塗り重ねる場合はブラスト処理が必須
- 2液エポキシ系を上塗る前にミストコート（封孔処理）を実施
- 上塗りに油性・フタル酸樹脂塗料は不可（耐アルカリ性が低い塗料NG）
