| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 複色江戸切目地仕上げは 捨吹き→下吹き①→玉吹き①→戻し吹き①→目地取り→サンダー→目地棒貼付→下吹き②→玉吹き②→戻し吹き② の順。単色江戸切目地仕上げは 捨吹き→上吹き①→目地取り→サンダー→目地棒貼付→上吹き② の順。 ・ 複色シングル目地仕上げの場合は工程6〜11（下吹き①〜目地棒貼付）を省略、単色シングル目地仕上げの場合は工程8〜11を省略する（公式注記）。 ・ 下塗り（目地着色）はニッペアンダーフィラーS（目地用）0.60〜1.00kg/㎡・1回、上塗りはジキトーンUクリヤー0.08〜0.10kg/㎡・2回＝いずれも別製品。 ・ 吹付けは万能ガンのほかタイルガン・リシンガンも使用可。コンプレッサーは3馬力以上。 ・ 厚付けの仕上げ塗材のため、夜間の気温が氷点下になるおそれがある場合は午後3時までに作業を打ち切る。素地は含水率10%以下・pH10以下まで十分に乾燥させてから施工する。 |
