- 水性ポリマーセメント中塗（エポキシ/アミン等の有害物質を含まずかぶれリスク低い・硬化性が速く早期に塗膜強度発現）
- 混合手順: 電動攪拌機で塗料液を攪拌しながら水を混合(混合液重量に対し0〜5%) → 粉体を徐々に「塗料液/粉体=11/4(重量比)」で混合 → 2分以上撹拌
- 粉体に直接水を入れて希釈はNG（硬化不良）
- 開封したら当日中に使い切ることを厳守
- 缶角部はゴムヘラ等でかき落とし再撹拌（撹拌不十分は硬化不良・付着不良・上塗り割れ・カスレ・光沢低下の原因）
- 塗料液の皮張り防止用ビニールを取り外してから混合
- 漏水・常時水分影響箇所は膨れ発生→塗装NG
- 乾燥過程で水分影響(湿度85%以上・結露・降雨降雪)→白化・付着不良の原因
- 高温コンクリート面はドライアウト現象で硬化物性低下→施工表面温度上昇対策必要
- 面木部などメッシュシートが浮き上がる箇所は中塗を希釈せず仕上げ
