| Field Notes (JA) | ・ ①既設で吸い込みが多い古材への塗装は、塗装回数が3回以上、あるいは使用量が0.25kg/㎡以上になる場合があります。吸い込みが激しく、着色ムラや着色不足となる場合には、キシラデコールコンゾラン下塗り剤をご使用ください。旧塗膜を除去せず塗装した場合は、旧塗膜の剥離に追従して上塗り塗材のキシラデコールコンゾランが剝れることがあります。塗膜の除去作業後、旧塗膜が残った場合は、キシラデコールコンゾランとの密着性を向上させるため、粗めのサンドペーパー(P120-220)で目荒らししてから塗装してください。 ・ ●デッキなどの水平面塗装不可 ・ ●釘頭や木ねじはサビ止めをする ・ ④ローラーの種類によって塗装面に泡が発生しやすい場合がありますので、試し塗りによりご確認ください。 ・ 塗膜に柔軟性がありワレにくい。塗膜に通気性があってムレにくい。塗膜が木に密着してフクレにくい ・ デッキなどの水平面塗装不可 ・ 釘頭や木ねじはサビ止めをする ・ 旧塗膜を除去せず塗装した場合は、旧塗膜の剥離に追従して上塗り塗材のキシラデコールコンゾランが剝れることがある ・ 塗膜の除去作業後、旧塗膜が残った場合は、密着性を向上させるため、粗めのサンドペーパー(P120-220)で目荒らししてから塗装してください ・ ローラーの種類によって塗装面に泡が発生しやすい場合がありますので、試し塗りによりご確認ください |
