| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 内装用ラッカーの中塗り(ラッカーサンディング)・旧名#113HV ・ 乾燥性/研磨性に優れる ・ 厚労省室内指針13物質＋鉛を不使用(トルエン/キシレンフリー) ・ 工程:木地研磨P180～P240→下塗り(ウッドシーラー金剛)→中塗り(本品2～3回・必要に応じ)→塗膜研磨P320～P400→上塗り(ファンシーフラット) ・ 希釈はSW#500ラッカーシンナーで50～100%(工程例・使用上注意⑤に基づく。性状表の希釈率欄は70～100%と記載＝条件差) ・ 原液使用は発泡原因のため不可 ・ 本品とシンナーは重量比で計量・均一攪拌 ・ 粘度8±1秒(23℃IHSカップA+B原液)/指触乾燥8分/指圧乾燥17分/研磨可能時間30分(#320) ・ 含水率20%以下の材に塗装 ・ 高湿時は100ネオノンブラッシング(リターダー)を5%以内で添加 ・ ⚠️使用前に吉野紙等でろ過 ・ 廃液は下水に流さず自治体処分に従う |
