| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途:木部の下塗り(1液ワイドウレタン等の下塗として) ・ 自己架橋弱溶剤形1液ポリウレタン樹脂樹脂塗料 ・ 1液形・無稀釈で使用 ・ 木部工程:素地調整→下塗(木部用下塗・無稀釈・塗回数1・塗装間隔3時間以上)→上塗(1液ワイドウレタン等) ・ 専用色:マザーブラウン(日塗工09-30D近似)・オフホワイト(日塗工N-93近似) ・ 荷姿:16kg/4kg ・ 色見本は専用色見本から選定 ・ 【公式製品ページ】適用下地:木部 ※家具などには不適です。 ・ 気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上や結露が懸念される場合、強風時・降雨降雪のおそれがある場合は塗装不可。木部の素地調整はオービタルサンダー(研磨紙P180〜240)などでかんな目・逆目・毛羽を除去して平滑にし、ヤニ・油脂類は溶剤拭きで除去する。標準塗付量は0.12〜0.16kg/m2/回。 |
