| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途:窯業系サイディングボード改修用の下塗り(ウォールバリアシリーズ専用下塗り) ・ 水性1液エポキシ系改修用微弾性サーフェーサー ・ 工程:下地調整→下塗り(本材)→上塗り ・ 希釈:清水3〜5% ・ 標準所要量0.2〜0.4kg/㎡ ・ 間隔3時間以上 ・ ⚠️※吸い込みの著しい場合は2回塗り、工程内での間隔は3時間以上 ・ 容量15kg ・ 色相:白 ・ コンクリート・モルタルの改修にも使用可能 ・ 【公式製品ページ】適用下地:窯業系サイディングボード、コンクリート、モルタル、ALCパネル、スレート板など / 備考:2025年4月、弱溶剤タイプ「WBリメークワイドサーフEPO」(北海道地区限定)を発売いたしました。適用上塗は弱溶剤系を推奨いたします。 ・ 気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上、強風・降雨降雪時、施工面が高温(50℃以上)または低温(5℃以下)の場合は塗装不可。下地は既存塗膜の浮き・ぜい弱部を除去のうえ高圧水洗(水圧15MPa以上)で劣化塗膜を除去し、十分乾燥させる(含水率10%以下・pH10以下)。シーリング面には予めラフトン逆プライマーを塗装する(シリコーン系・ブチルゴム系シーリング材へは塗装不可)。 |
