| Field Notes (JA) | ・ この製品は2026年1月で販売終了（現行の製品説明書ページは無く、現行カタログの表を出典にしている）。下塗りのプライマーは別製品（0.13〜0.21 kg/㎡・希釈5〜10%）。 ・ ※この製品名は現在メーカー公式サイトの製品一覧にありません。相当する現行製品は確認できていません。 ・ シリコン樹脂系耐熱塗料(連続使用200〜300℃)。プライマー+シルバーの2工程。※液型は公式明記なし(専用シンナー=溶剤・1液)。塗回数も公式明記なし。 ・ さび・脱脂・古い塗膜の前処理が特に重要で、古い塗膜は必ず除去（残すと付着不良）。プライマーからシルバーへの塗装間隔は4時間以上12日以内（23℃）、膜厚は標準（プライマー15〜20μm・シルバー8〜15μm）を厳守し厚塗り禁止。塗装後24時間以上放置してから徐々に熱稼働させ、初回は200℃前後まで徐々に昇温して1時間程度熱稼働する（急加熱はフクレ・ハクリの原因）。 |
