| Field Notes (JA) | ・ コテ工法（フラット／ヒキズリ／スパニッシュ／ウェーブ）の所要量は、公式に「コテ工法の所要量は調湿クリーンと寒水石を混合した材料の量です」と明記されているとおり**混ぜたあとの材料の量**。調合は調湿クリーン100（20kg）／寒水石1厘100（20kg）／清水0〜5（重量比）で、この混合物の量を基準に必要量を計算している（ユーザー＝塗装職人の判断）。ローラー・吹付の仕上げは塗料そのものの量。 ・ 水系・珪藻土配合の内装調湿模様塗材。仕上げ2種で使用量が異なる。 ・ 低温(5℃以下)・高湿度(85%以上)での施工は不可。所要量を下回ると塗膜の調湿効果が十分発揮されないため塗付量を厳守する(コテ工法の所要量は調湿クリーンと寒水石を混合した材料の量)。調湿性のある材料のため冬期・梅雨時期は乾燥時間を長めに取り、乾燥時は塗面に直接風を当てない。 |
