| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途:高意匠窯業系サイディングボードのデザイン性を損なわず再生するクリヤー(透明) ・ 弱溶剤2液反応硬化形シリコン変性樹脂クリヤー ・ 優れた耐候性・密着性・低汚染性・弱溶剤 ・ 本品2回塗り仕上げ ・ 液型:弱溶剤2液(混合比14:2・可使時間厳守) ・ 希釈:塗料用シンナー0〜10%(希釈剤は当社塗料用シンナー使用) ・ 工程:上塗2回(塗装間隔4時間以上7日以内/最終養生16時間以上) ・ 荷姿:16kgセット(14:2)・4kgセット(3.5:0.5) ・ 3分つや品あり ・ つや有り/3分つや ・ 姉妹品ウォールバリアBP(黒色粒子入り意匠性クリヤー)あり ・ 【公式製品ページ】適用下地:窯業系サイディングボード ※金属系サイディングボードには使用できません。 / 備考:<可使時間> 8時間以内/23℃既存塗膜がふっ素塗装・無機塗装の場合は、予め試験塗装を行い、密着性を確認してください。光触媒の場合は、塗装を避けてください。塗膜が剥離しているなど、サイディングボードの表面が著しく劣化している場合は、塗装を避けてください。 ・ 施工前にクロスカット＋テープ剥離とチョーキングの確認で塗装可否を判定する（新築から10年程度での塗替えが目安。既にクリヤーで塗替え済みの面は層間剥離の恐れがあるため塗装不可）。塗装中および最終養生期間中は気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上にならない日を選び、高圧水洗後は必ず晴天下で1日以上乾燥させる。塗装器具の洗浄にはスズカシンナー#1000または#2000を使用する。 |
