| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 用途:高意匠窯業系サイディングボードのデザイン性を損なわず再生するクリヤー(透明) ・ 水性2液反応硬化形有機・無機ハイブリッド樹脂クリヤー ・ JIS A6909相当 ・ 超高耐候・超低汚染・防藻防かび・高UVカット ・ 本製品は本品2回塗り仕上げで他の下塗等は使用しない ・ 液型:水性2液(混合比14:1・可使時間厳守) ・ 希釈:清水0〜5% ・ 工程:上塗2回(塗装間隔4時間以上/最終養生16時間以上) ・ 荷姿:15kgセット(14:1) ・ 3分つや品あり ・ つや有り/3分つや ・ 【公式製品ページ】適用下地:窯業系サイディングボード ※金属系サイディングボードには使用できません。 / 備考:<可使時間> 8時間以内/23℃ ●既存塗膜がふっ素塗装・無機塗装の場合は、予め試験塗装を行い、密着性を確認してください。 ●光触媒の場合は、塗装を避けてください。●塗膜が剥離しているなど、サイディングボードの表面が著しく劣化している場合は、塗装を避けてください。 ●水系タイプのクリヤーですので、低温時の施工、施工中・施工後に降雨・降雪が予想される場合は、硬化不良・白化等の不具合を生じる恐れがありますので、ご注意ください。(カタログ注意事項参照) ・ 施工前にクロスカット＋テープ剥離とチョーキングの確認で塗装可否を判定する（新築から10年程度での塗替えが目安。既にクリヤーで塗替え済みの面は層間剥離の恐れがあるため塗装不可）。高圧水洗後は必ず晴天下で1日以上乾燥させる。長期間貯蔵した硬化剤は使用不可（本品の硬化剤は反応硬化性が低下しても外観に変化が出ないため特に注意）。 |
