| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 特長：固形分が高いので肉付きが良く目止め効果も優れる。各種エナメルおよびペンキとの密着性が優れツヤ引けもない。研磨性が良好。乾燥が早く常温2〜4時間で研磨が可能 ・ 各種上塗り塗料との密着性（碁盤目セロテープ剥離法）：ポリウレックスエコW-3エナメル・ポリウレックスエコ565エナメル・ペンキ・フタル酸系合成樹脂エナメル いずれも100/100 ・ 荷姿18Kg ・ 新製品（旧台帳外） ・ 固形分が高いので、肉付きが良く、目止め効果も優れている ・ 各種エナメルおよびペンキとの密着性の優れ、ツヤ引けもない ・ 乾燥が早く、常温2～4時間で研磨が可能 ・ 刷毛塗り、ローラー塗装、スプレー塗装に対応 ・ 使用する刷毛は塗料が固まらないうちに早めに水で洗う。刷毛が固まった場合はアセトンに浸漬け置き ・ 粘度70KU(ストーマー粘度計20℃)、比重1.4(20℃)、指触乾燥25～30分、指圧乾燥35～40分(20℃75%RH) ・ 隠ぺい力12m/m(クリプトメーター)、コールドチェック合格(10サイクル-20℃→50℃)、凍結安定性合格(-20℃/1週間) |
