| Field Notes (JA) | ・ クリヤー/半ツヤ/ツヤ消の2液タイプは同一カタログで工程表数値共通。艶固有の相違は光沢感の数値（クリヤー・2液：作業性3 耐久性5 速乾性3 肉持ち感5 光沢感5 耐油性5） ・ 硬化剤は独立製品として台帳に無い（主剤側にmixRatio/potを記録） ・ さらに光沢や耐久性等を求められる場合は4回塗りを推奨（「4 中塗り」乾燥後「3 研磨」「4 中塗り」を再度くり返す） ・ カウンター・テーブルトップ用として充分な性能を発揮するには塗膜乾燥後1週間程度の養生期間が必要 ・ 専用硬化剤は「第4類 第3石油類」の危険物 ・ 艶違い（クリヤー・2液/半ツヤ・2液/ツヤ消・2液）は同一カタログ・同一工程表。光沢感はクリヤー5、半ツヤ3、ツヤ消1（作業性3・耐久性5・速乾性3・耐油性5は3艶共通、肉持ち感はクリヤー5・半ツヤ4・ツヤ消4）。 ・ さらに光沢や耐久性等を求められる場合は、4回塗りをお勧めします。「4 中塗り」乾燥後、「3 研磨」「4 中塗り」を再度くり返して下さい。 ・ カウンターおよびテーブルトップ用として充分な性能を発揮するには、塗膜乾燥後に1週間程度の養生期間が必要です。 ・ 専用硬化剤は「第4類 第3石油類」の危険物となりますので、消防法に従い取扱って下さい。専用硬化剤は空気中の湿気と反応して増粘しますので、使用分だけを取り出し、直ちに密栓して下さい。 |
