| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 標準塗装工程：1.素地調整(サンドペーパーで研磨 P150を使用)2.下塗り3.上塗り ・ 光沢性・肉持ち性をアップさせる場合は塗装工程の「3.上塗り」を2回繰り返し、その際1回目の上塗り後4時間以上乾燥させてから研磨せずに2回目の上塗りを行う ・ ガードラックアクアの塗装面にAQRX No.3200外部用クリヤーを塗装することで、高耐候の屋外木部着色クリヤー仕上げが可能 ・ 艶：クリヤーとフラットをブレンドすることで任意の艶を出すことができる（3分艶=クリヤー85:フラット15、5分艶=60:40、7分艶=30:70、8分艶=0:100） ・ 荷姿4L/16L ・ 塗布量が少ないと塗膜性能を発揮できない可能性があります。適切な塗布量が確保できない場合は、3回塗をお奨めします ・ 光沢性・肉持ち性をアップさせる場合は塗装工程の「3上塗り」を2回繰り返す。1回目の上塗りの後、4時間以上乾燥させてから研磨せずに2回目の上塗りを行う ・ トルエン・キシレン含まず、無鉛、低臭 ・ 艶：クリヤー85(3分消)/60(5分消)/30(7分消)、フラット15(3分消)/40(5分消)/70(7分消)/100(8分消)にてブレンドで任意の艶を再現可能 ・ No.3200(クリヤー)とNo.3205(フラット)は同一PDF（同一工程表を共有） ・ No.3200/No.3205は外部用シリーズで同一カタログPDF |
