| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 白色タイプ。3㎜厚仕様と5㎜厚仕様がある。バインダー18.5kg＋専用骨材60L(約6kg)＋清水12〜15Lを練り混ぜて使用。口径8〜10㎜、吹圧0.5〜0.8MPa（標準施工仕様書は0.5〜0.6MPaと書かれているが、パンフレット側の0.5〜0.8MPaを採る＝ユーザー判断）。下塗りは下地に吸い込みがある場合のみキクスイ 浸透性プライマーＥ等 ・ 練り混ぜは骨材をすりつぶさないよう低速のハンドミキサーを使用し、1回の練り混ぜ量は30分以内に使い切れる量とする。塗り回数は2回塗りが標準(1回目で下地を覆い、2回目で見本と同様の模様に仕上げる)。素地は含水率10%以下・pH10以下まで乾燥させ、気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上や結露のおそれがある場合は施工不可。 ・ 【5㎜厚仕様】所要量10〜11㎡/セット。調合・器具・口径・吹圧・塗回数2回・工程内24時間以上は3㎜厚と同一。5㎜厚は吸音効果が高い一方で防火認定の対象外のため、塗付量の規定そのものが無い（内装制限のある部位は3㎜厚仕様で施工する） ・ 3㎜厚の「塗付量1.4kg/㎡以下」は防火材料認定が要求される場合の上限であって使用量の目安ではない（所要量＝施工時のロスを含んだ量、塗付量＝ロスを含まない実際に塗り付けられる量） ・ 公式が示す部位は「天井、内部上部」＝内装用（用途カテゴリも内装にしている） ・ 練り混ぜ手順＝容器にバインダーと清水5Lを入れ泡立てるように混ぜ、素早く専用骨材の半量を加え、さらに残りの専用骨材と清水7Lを加えて混錬し、0〜3Lの清水で吹付けしやすい状態にする。 |
