| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 主材20kg、清水10～14L。練り混ぜは清水10Lに主材1袋(20kg)を加え、吹付けは0～3L／ローラーは0～4L／コテしごきは0～2Lの清水で粘度調整。標準塗厚約1㎜、単位容積質量約1.53kg/L。塗回数1回。溶剤製品を次工程に施工する場合は72時間(20℃)以上の乾燥養生。 ・ 練り混ぜ後の可使時間は1時間以内(20℃)で、時間超過品の練り直し・再使用や、水を加えての練り戻しは不可。練り水・希釈水は必ず清水を使用する。素地は含水率10%以下・pH10以下とし、気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上または結露のおそれ時は施工しない。 |
