| Field Notes (JA) | ・ 新規下地。主材16kg・清水0～1.0L。特殊防錆樹脂エマルション(水性)。JASS 18 M-111水系さび止めペイントに準拠。素地は鉄部（一般鉄骨・建屋鉄骨・架台・看板・手すり・鉄扉・門扉等）、用途さび止め。 ・ 素地調整はワイヤーブラシ・サンダー等の電動工具でさびを完全に除去し、油脂等の付着物をふき取る（発錆部の除去不足は塗替え後も劣化が進行する原因）。錆落とし部分は拾い塗り（1回目）を標準に全面塗り付けし、塗膜除去面は全面2回塗り、さびやすい部分は増し塗りする。気温5℃以下・湿度85%以上または結露のおそれ時は施工しない。 |
